We may collect employee contact and scheduling information, including name, mobile phone number, office, trade or classification, job assignments, work schedules, and records related to scheduling notifications.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the Scherrer Construction manpower scheduler and to send non-marketing operational messages such as weekly work schedules, job assignments, job locations, schedule changes, and related workforce scheduling updates.
Mobile information and sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used for Scherrer Construction's employee scheduling communications. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help us operate the scheduling or messaging service, when necessary to provide the service, or when required by law.
Text messaging
Employees who consent to receive scheduling messages may receive recurring SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity and schedule changes. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect scheduling and contact information. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
