Effective date: September 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Scherrer Construction employee scheduling SMS program.
The program sends non-marketing operational messages to participating Scherrer Construction employees. Messages may include weekly work schedules, job assignments, job locations, schedule changes, and related workforce scheduling information.
Employees participate after providing a mobile number and consenting to receive scheduling text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment. Employees are responsible for providing a current mobile number that they are authorized to use.
Message frequency varies based on work schedules and schedule changes. Message and data rates may apply according to the employee's wireless plan. Scherrer Construction does not charge a separate fee for these messages.
Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS scheduling messages. Reply HELP for assistance. An employee who opts out may continue to receive scheduling information through other company communication methods.
Text messages are provided as an operational scheduling convenience. Work assignments and schedules may change. Employees should follow current instructions from their supervisor and normal Scherrer Construction communication procedures when a conflict or question arises.
Information used for this program is handled according to the Scherrer Construction Privacy Policy.
Scherrer Construction may update these terms as the scheduling program changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
